Maldivian seaplane crew to commence first ever seaplane operation in India

National airline Maldivian crew to commence first ever seaplane operation in India.

The seaplane operations are to be inaugurated by Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi on 31st October.



The seaplane projected is to be operated by Spice jet airline with assistance from national airline Maldivan‘s pilots and crew. The airline is to operate up to 8 flights per day between Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad and the Statue of Unity in Kevadia.

Flight tickets cost approximately 1000 mvr per ticket.
