Lufthansa Will Be Using A Bus To Transport Passengers between its Shortest Route

German airliner Lufthansa will be using a road bus to transport passengers between its shortest route.


Some airlines were cutting off flights in short routes due to pressure within the European Union due to environmental concerns, However, the decision by Lufthansa was due to the challenges faced with the pandemic.


The route between Munich and Nuremberg is just 86 miles (138 km) and it would take over two hours by bus.
