Indigo Partners is an American private equity firm under which Frontier Airlines, Wizz Air, Volaris, and JetSmart.

The company placed the multi-billion order for 225 single-aisle A321neo passenger jets at the Dubai Air Show 2021.
The deal is said to be worth $32 billion which includes 102 planes for Europe's Wizz Air, 91 for the U.S.-based Frontier Airlines, 39 for Volaris, and finally 23 for JetSmart.

With these aircraft, Wizz, Frontier, Volaris and JetSmart will continue to offer low fares, stimulate the markets they serve and enhance their industry-leading sustainability profile”
This order brings the total number of aircraft ordered by Indigo Partners airlines to 1,145 A320 Family aircraft.

The jets are expected to be delivered in the second half of the decade.
