Vice President Faisal Naseem has launched Manta Wings Apprenticeship program targeted at youths interested in the field of aviation.
The six-month paid apprenticeship program includes on-the-job training and in-classroom personal development programs that would help guide apprentices in leadership, service culture, etc.
The program will be held twice a year with the first batch commencing in December 2021 and the second batch in June 2022 for ten apprentices each batch.
Following completion of the program, the apprentices are provided opportunities to be employed with Manta Air.
