A Passenger Injured As Gun Shots Fired Towards A Myanmar Airline ATR 72 On Landing

A Myanmar National Airlines Flight UB 149 of was shot at while the aircraft was on final approach to runway 19 at Loikaw, Myanmar.

According to Myanmar Military Council, the bullet hit the right cheek of one of the passengers.

The return flight on the ATR 72 was suspended.
