Singapore Airlines Begins Operating Airbus A350s On Flights To Maldives
In time for the peak season, Singapore Airlines is adding capacity to flights to Maldives as higher passenger demand is expected.
Last night Singapore Airlines flight SQ438 to Velana International Airport was operated on the carriers. Airbus A350-900.
During November and December, selected Singapore Airlines flights to Velana International Airport will be operated by the Airbus A350 which includes the new Regional Business Class seats.
The Airbus A350 is a long-range, wide-body twin-engine jet airline developed and produced by Airbus.
The airliner has two variants; the A350-900 which typically carries 300 to 350 passengers over a 15,000-kilometre (8,100-nautical-mile) range and the the longer A350-1000 which accommodates 350 to 410 passengers and has a maximum range of 16,100 km (8,700 nmi)
