Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has awarded a bonus of MVR 25,000 for each of its employees.
This year, the bonus was given to all employees who worked throughout 2023, reflecting the company’s appreciation for their continuous efforts and contribution.
Employees who have been with the company for at least six months received a pro-rata amount, ensuring fair distribution based on their tenure.
Despite the challenges posed by the global economic climate, MACL has maintained its financial stability, allowing it to continue this tradition of generosity. The company is one of the highest revenue-generating state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the Maldives, and its ability to provide such bonuses highlights its robust financial health.
