Qantas Boeing 787 Returns to Sydney after Experiencing Landing Gear Issues

A Qantas Boeing 787-9 was operating flight QF-645 from Sydney to Perth, Australia with 119 passengers.

The Dreamliner registration VH-ZNH stopped climb at 9,000ft reporting issues with the landing gear.


The crew returned the aircraft for a normal landing reporting they do not require any emergency services.


The 787 returned after 30 minutes and taxied into the apron. The flight was canceled and passengers were rebooked to another flight.
