Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) announced in a press release that the company has decided to give pay raise for all of its employees.
The salary increment will be effective from 1st October with a 20% increment given to the lowest salary range.
The highest salary range would be given a 5% increment however senior foreign executives salaries does not fall into this revision.
MACL highlighted that this revision of salary is in recognition of the services and unwavering commitment of their employees through the peak days of the COVID19 pandemic.
MACL also offers all their employees health insurance, free transportation, free parking, staff loan scheme, staff children loan scheme, and staff development schemes.
