Air Albania Selling Tickets Priced At $1.19 For Its First Flight From Kukës Airport

Kukës International Airport was recently opened in Albania to serve as the countries second main airport.

The flag carrier of Albania, Air Albania’s inaugural flight from the airport, ZB4003 is scheduled to depart on 15th July. To mark the occasion Air Albania is selling tickets for just $1.19.

Air Albania will be launching two flights from Kukës to Istanbul, Turkey, and to Zurich, Germany.

Kukës Airport can accommodate small to medium-sized aircraft and can handle 500,000 passengers annually.

Air Albania commenced operations just in 2019 following the closure of the previous national flag carrier, Albanian Airlines.
