Beond Receives Air Operator Certificate From MCAA

New  and upcoming private leisure carrier Beond has has been issued with Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority (MCAA) paving way for Beond to commence flight operations soon.



The MCAA announced that Beond Simdi Operations Pvt Ltd has successfully completed the AOC certification process and is now approved to conduct commercial air transport operations as a premium leisure airline within Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.


Beond is expected to launch commercial flights later this year with the goal of providing a unique customer experience. The carrier plans to operate to 60 destinations worldwide from the Maldives in a spacious all-premium configuration, offering a level of service far above existing providers.


The interior of Beond’s A320 family aircraft will feature 68 fully lie-flat seats, fitted with luxurious materials and cutting-edge technology designed to deliver the perfect travel experience. The spacious cabin and advanced amenities will ensure that passengers enjoy a comfortable and relaxing journey.
