Maldivian Accused of Harassing Cabin Crew Arrested  In India

According to reports 51-year-old Maldivian national was arrested at Bengaluru airport after he allegedly harassed two female cabin crew members on an IndiGo Airlines.



The police identified the accused as Mr Akram Ahmed, who was traveling to Bengaluru from Male’ onboard an IndiGo Airlines flight.


The airline's manager filed a police complaint leading to the arrest at the airport. The accused reportedly made inappropriate comments towards the cabin crew and touched her inappropriately.
