Boeing Receives 55 New Orders In January

Boeing received 55 new orders at the end of January primarily for the Boeing 737 MAX.

Although the number of orders is much less compared to the month before as in December 2022 Boeing received orders for 250 airplanes.

The orders in January came from Skymark Airlines, TUI Travel, United States Air Force, and two more unidentified customers. The two unidentified customers placed order for 32 Boeing 737 MAX in total.

In December Boeing's new orders were high following a large order from United Airlines for 180 new airplanes which include Boeing 787s and 737s.

In December 2022, the planemaker posted numerous orders totaling 250 airframes. The stellar end to 2022 was largely made possible with 180 aircraft ordered from S. United Airlines.
