Yesterday in Toulouse, France Airbus took its new A321XLR on a long 13-hour test flight passing a significant milestone.

The prototype Airbus A321XLR registration F-WXLR flew over to the Atlantic Ocean carrying out multiple tests.
During the 13-hour flight, the crew also flew a pattern which spelt out the XLR in the sky before returning back to France.

The Airbus A321XLR provide increased fuel capacity and strengthened landing gear which allows for a range of 4,700nm which is 700 nm more range than the A321LR and can carry between 180-200 passengers depending on the configuration.
