BeOnd Airline Hiring A320 First Officers and Cabin Crew

Maldives-based premium airline Beond is hiring A320 First Officers and Cabin Crew as part of its continued growth. The airline is inviting qualified and service-oriented individuals to join its expanding team.

A320 First Officer Requirements

Beond is seeking experienced pilots with current Airbus A320 qualifications. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA ATPL, or CPL/IR with ATPL theory credits

• Current A320 type rating, with last flight on type within the past 3 months

• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate

• ICAO English Level 4 minimum (Level 5 preferred)

• At least 500 hours of total flight time on the A320 family

Cabin Crew Requirements

Beond is also recruiting new Cabin Crew members to deliver its signature luxury in-flight experience. Requirements include:

• Minimum age of 21 years

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry luggage and other heavy items
