The newest edition to Manta Air’s fleet, a De Havilland DHC6 Twin Otter has landed in Velana International Airport.
The Twin Otter departed early morning today from Fujairah, UAE on the last leg of the ferry flight from Canada.
This Twin Otter was in operation with Mobil Oil in Nigeria for over 19 years before it was retrieved by Rocky Mountain Aircraft in February 2020.
The aircraft comes with a new avionics package with all calendar maintenance completed.
The removal of wheels and the installation of floats would be taken place at Manta Air’s base in Dhaalu Airport.
