Maldivian Announces Opening for King Air Captain Position
Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, has announced an opening for the position of Captain King Air, offering an opportunity for qualified Maldivian pilots to join its flight operations team based at Velana International Airport (VRMM).
Job Requirements
Hold a valid MCAA ATPL(A) with an endorsement for ATR or DHC-8 (current, or expired within the preceding 24 months)
Hold a valid MCAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
Minimum 3,500 hours total flying time
Minimum 2,500 hours PIC on ATR or DHC-8
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher (minimum of 6 months validity remaining)
Must be or have been an instructor on the ATR or DHC-8; experience as an examiner is strongly preferred

Last 3 pages of the updated logbook certified by fleet manager or chief pilot must be submitted.
Report of incidents/accidents from the licensing authority will be required for shortlisted candidates.
