A de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter carrying 20 people crashed near Tullahoma, Tennessee, USA on June 8, 2025. While multiple injuries have been reported, authorities have confirmed that no fatalities have occurred.

The aircraft went down on Old Shelbyville Road, close to Tullahoma Regional Airport, shortly after takeoff at 12:45 PM local time. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, with several injured passengers airlifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation into the crash. The aircraft was being used for skydiving operations.
