Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, has launched a new seaplane service to Fulhadhoo in Baa Atoll, first of its kind.
The first flight, operated on the DHC6 Seaplane Twin Otter, took off from Male’ and landed in Fulhadhoo yesterday.
This new service is the result of three years of negotiations and is set to become a regular offering by the high season in the new year.
