The Boeing 777-200, registration N752AN was performing flight AA-5 from Dallas Ft. Worth, Texas to Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.


The 777 was cruising at 36,000ft, 300nm northeast of Los Angeles, California, USA when the crew reported that the first officer side windshield cracked.


The crew descended to 20,000ft and diverted to Los Angeles and landed 40 minutes later. The occurrence aircraft remains at LAX.
