A FedEx Cessna Caravan Thrown Into A Fence After 154Kmph Winds
A severe thunderstorm tore through the Omaha–Council Bluffs metropolitan area impacting Eppley Airfield causing damages.
A FedEx Cessna 208 Caravan was thrown into a fence as the wind speeds in the area increased in an excess of 154 km/h (96 mph).
According to reports, the wind speeds reached are possibly the highest recorded ever in Eppley Airfield.
The Caravan is one of 281 turboprop aircraft operated by FedEx Feeder. FedEx is also the world's largest operator of the Cessna C208.
